Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Warranty Coordinator is responsible for being primary point of contact for homeowners after possession. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person for a 14 month contract to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will manage warranty claims, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure seamless processing of warranty services. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and prioritize homeowner warranty requests.
- Coordinate warranty service appointments with homeowners, trades, and internal staff.
- Schedule and track warranty repairs from initiation through completion.
- Maintain accurate records within the company's warranty management system.
- Communicate regularly with homeowners, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
- Review warranty claims to determine coverage and recommend appropriate action.
- Coordinate seasonal and one-year warranty inspections.
- Work closely with Construction, Customer Experience, Purchasing, and Trades to resolve warranty concerns.
- Monitor outstanding warranty items and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in identifying recurring construction or product issues and communicate trends to management.
- Ensure all warranty files are complete, organized, and compliant with company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism during difficult conversations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warranty department.
Qualifications
- Residential homebuilding or warranty experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, construction administration, warranty, or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and building components.
- Experience with BuildPro computer program.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with construction management or warranty software is considered an asset.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
