Electrical Apprentice (2nd–4th Year)

Vor-Tech Services Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable 2nd to 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and institutional electrical construction throughout the GTA and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and wants to grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of electrical systems on commercial and institutional projects
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, lighting, devices, and electrical equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting and commissioning of electrical systems
- Work safely while following all company and site safety policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and fellow tradespeople
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
Qualifications
- Registered 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
- Previous experience in commercial electrical construction is required
- Basic knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and standard installation practices
- Ability to read electrical drawings is considered an asset
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout the GTA
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certifications are an asset
