Job Duties:
_ Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies_
_ Evaluate daily operations_
_ Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget_
_ Monitor staff performance_
_ Plan and organize daily operations_
_ Recruit staff_
_ Set staff work schedules_
_ Supervise staff_
_ Train staff_
_ Organize and maintain inventory_
_ Ensure health and safety regulations are followed_
_ Address customers' complaints or concerns_
_ Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres_

Work experience:
_ College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years_
_ 1 years to less than 2 years of supervisory experience_
_ Having Vietnamese cuisine knowledge is an asset_
