About the Role
We are currently seeking a licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team in Guelph. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong diagnostic abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, and repair passenger vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, and tire services.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Complete engine, transmission, cooling system, and HVAC repairs as required.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify recommended repairs.
- Perform road tests before and after repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician License.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with computerized diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Own a complete set of automotive tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
