Position Summary
Walker’s Custom Frameworks Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Carpenter’s Helper/Labourer to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-end residential and custom construction projects while learning from experienced carpenters and tradespeople.

Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with framing, formwork, and general construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and move building materials around the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed.
- Assist with site setup, demolition, and project cleanup.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and performing demanding construction work in various weather conditions.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers Licence and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Personal hand tools suitable for residential construction work.
- Ability to work full-time and arrive on site on time each day.
