We are looking for a skilled High Rise Window Cleaner & Caulking Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning exterior windows of high-rise buildings and performing caulking work to ensure weatherproofing and structural integrity. Experience working at heights and handling specialized equipment is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-rise window cleaning using rope access, swing stages, or boom lifts.
- Conduct caulking and sealing work on building exteriors to prevent leaks and weather damage.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Perform other exterior maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-rise window cleaning and/or caulking (preferred).
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry equipment.
- Certification in Working at Heights, Rope Access (IRATA/SPRAT)
