Description
Creating flyers for clinical events.
Supporting the clinical administrative team, clinical psychology team, and research lab.
Research mental health resources.
Online outreach to medical centres.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
Talk with the public to explain the organization's mission and services.
Answer basic questions and direct inquiries to staff.
Preference will be given to volunteers who are available to volunteer in-person (Yonge & Eglinton)
One 8 hour shift a week
*Prefer people with availability for Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday (9-5)
*For fall semester but preference will be given to candidates who can start as soon as possible in the summer
Qualifications
- Access to and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Training and orientation will be provided by the Volunteer Coordinator at the Family Psychology Centre.
All volunteers will be under the supervision of the Volunteer Coordinator at the Family Psychology Centre, however, will be regularly interacting with the clinical admin team and the clinic director.
