We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing demand generation team.
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base for our suite of SaaS product offerings by creating and executing marketing campaigns that build awareness, drive a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities and increase product adoption and utilization. This person will work closely with the demand generation, product, operations and sales teams to create full-funnel, end-to-end campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Build and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth.
Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, product, sales, operations, and customer success teams to align campaigns to business goals.
Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy (targeted nurture journeys, maximum engagement, increased upsell/cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle).
Leverage AI to inform, build and manage customer segmentation and targeting to ensure that campaigns are personalized and relevant to the customer.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to create compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with customers.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on data-driven insights and results.
Collaborate with customer success teams to identify opportunities for customer advocacy and referrals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve campaign performance.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
6-9 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through customer marketing campaigns.
Experience building and managing end-to-end campaigns, including developing campaign strategy, creating messaging and visuals, and analyzing campaign performance.
Proven use in leveraging Claude, Gemini and/or other AI tools to synthesize data and build AI agents to automate basic workflows.
Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with product marketing, sales, operations, and demand generation teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to operate independently, adapt to ambiguous situations, and contribute collaboratively to team goals.
Strong results orientation, with a track record of meeting measurable goals and prioritizing performance-driven initiatives.

Compensation Disclosure:
ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation, which may change over time. We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $111,000 CAD - $156,700 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits. This position may also be eligible for a bonus.
