We’re growing again and looking for skilled Excavator Operators to join our crew!
If you're someone who takes pride in clean work, can read grade, and knows how to safely install underground infrastructure, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating excavators on civil construction projects
- Installing water, sewer, and storm systems
- Working around existing underground utilities
- Fine grading and trenching
- Loading trucks and handling materials safely and efficiently
- Working closely with pipe layers, labourers, and foremen
- Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of excavator experience (mainline/civil experience preferred)
- Experience with underground utility installation
- Ability to work from plans, laser, and grade stakes
- Strong understanding of safe trenching practices
- Valid driver's licence (Class 3 or Class 1 is considered an asset)
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with a crew
