Job Summary
Preparing food materials and making various types of sushi. We are willing to train people who
have a passion for Japanese cuisine, especially sushi. With the high demand for Sushi Chef/Sushi Maker,
this position has huge development opportunities.
Shift Time
Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
Job Duties
Make various Japanese sushi based upon a high volume of food orders.
Prepare food materials, such as raw fish, meat, food garnishments, and eating utensils.
Double-check the presentation of the dishes.
Ensure all the raw materials are handled and stored properly based upon food safety
regulations.
Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed on time.
Help to maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace.
Participate in monthly or weekly cleaning and staff meetings.
Qualifications
Be good at using knives.
Be positive and can work at a fast pace and under pressure.
Be flexible for working and rotating shifts
Be creative in creating new dishes
Be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
