About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling Home and Auto Insurance, with training and knowledge in Commercial Insurance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and inbound leads.
- Sell and advise clients on Home, Auto, and Commercial Insurance products.
- Conduct insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Prepare quotes, explain policy options, and close sales effectively.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service.
- Review existing policies and identify opportunities for coverage improvements.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and office sales goals.
Qualifications
- Valid OTL License (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling Home, Auto and Commercial Insurance.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
