Multidisciplinary Designer (Graphic Design + UX/UI + Technical Drafting + Rendering)
We are looking for a highly capable multidisciplinary designer who can operate across digital design, graphic design, technical drafting, and 3D visualization.
This is not a single-discipline role. You will be expected to move between teams and handle tasks independently — from UI layouts to Graphic design to CAD drawings to 3D models and renderings.
If you only specialize in one area, this role is not a fit. The selected candidates will be required to successfully complete a technical test covering all of the required skill areas outlined in the job posting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support UX/UI interfaces for internal tools and web-based applications with our development team
- Produce clean, production-ready CAD drawings (plans, details, layouts-mostly interiors)
- Build 3D models and renderings for visualization and presentations
- Execute graphic design tasks for digital and internal use (layouts, assets, branding support)
- Work across departments and adapt quickly to different project needs
- Translate rough concepts into clear, buildable or usable outputs
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp & Layout
- Rendering tools (V-Ray, D5 Render, or equivalent)
- Figma (preferable) / Adobe XD (UX/UI design)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to:
- Produce accurate technical drawings with dimensions
- Build and manage clean 3D models
- Design structured, usable UI layouts and prototypes
- Handle multiple types of deliverables without handholding

- Understanding of interior design and detailing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner. Must be a problem solver
- Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to work at professional level.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Technical CAD drawings (Plans, sections, elevations, millwork details with dimensions and details)
- 3D models and renderings
- UX/UI or web/app design work
- Graphic Design
