We’re looking for passionate, humble, reliable, and client-focused Nail Technician and Beauty Therapists to join our growing salon family.

Duties
Nail Technician
- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
- Perform gel, acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X, nail art, and other nail enhancement services within your skill set.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Beauty Therapist
- Perform beauty services such as facials, skincare treatments, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping and tinting, waxing, makeup application, and other treatments within your qualifications.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely while maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Help clients achieve their beauty and skincare goals through professional care and education.
Experience
- A humble, teachable attitude and willingness to grow.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to excellence.
- Respect for working in a Christian-owned, faith-based salon environment.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant certification or licensing where required.
- Previous experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Compensation
- Commission-based pay for the first two months while you build your clientele and become familiar with our salon.
- Opportunity to transition to a revised compensation structure based on performance, consistency, and mutual growth after the initial two-month period.
