Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd is looking for an experienced Sprinkler Service Supervisor to join their Winnipeg, MB team!
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for supervising the branch sprinkler field staff and ensuring they are completing their job duties efficiently while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical management of the branch sprinkler service operations.
- Management support for Contract jobs in the Winnipeg area
- Ensure sprinkler division staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Review all sprinkler inspection reports and quote all sprinkler deficiencies.
- Complete sprinkler inventory management within the branch.
- Other supervisory duties as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education in Fire Protection Engineering or equivalent education in fire protection field, and/or CoFQ as a Sprinkler Journeyman
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fire protection field
- Estimating and supervisory experience considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License and Clear Driver’s Abstract
