Job Title: Beauty Salon Professional *RENTAL*
Location: Rothesay, NB
We are looking for a professional and energetic beauty salon professional to join our team. Our mission is to provide an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, adhering to all safety policies & procedures, as well as following our code of conduct.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner; provide excellent customer service
- Ensure clients feel comfortable throughout their experience
- Provide consultation services on products or services offered by the salon
- Perform various beauty services such as lash extensions, manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, gel nail extensions, tinting, lash lifting, etc.
- Clean and maintain all salon equipment in accordance with safety policies
- Follow the code of conduct at all times
Qualifications:
- Must have an existing clientele
- You are able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be licensed by a recognized beauty institute or equivalent education
- Previous experience working in a professional beauty salon is preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with clients quickly and effectively
- Knowledgeable about current trends in hair care products and services.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
