PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to work closely with the Strategic Procurement Office and provide hands-on change management support for a complex transformation initiative. This is a delivery-focused role intended for a resource who can produce and execute change artifacts, lead and run stakeholder engagements, and support implementation readiness across the initiative.

Role Purpose:
The Change Management Specialist will support the successful implementation of project changes by developing tangible change management deliverables and leading engagement activities that prepare impacted stakeholders for transition. The resource will be responsible for creating materials, coordinating and facilitating sessions, and supporting readiness, communication, training, and adoption efforts.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The resource will be expected to:
– Develop and execute hands-on change management deliverables in support of the initiative.
– Create practical change artifacts such as stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, readiness materials, communication products, engagement materials, training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, presentations, and end-user support content.
– Lead and run stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, alignment meetings, demos, walkthroughs, and other change-related working sessions.
– Work directly with business and project teams to identify impacts, gather information, validate messaging, and translate project changes into usable stakeholder-facing materials.
– Draft and update clear communication materials for leadership, business users, operational teams, and other impacted groups.
– Develop training materials and user support documentation to support business process, system, or service changes.
– Support change impact assessment, stakeholder readiness, rollout preparation, and implementation support activities.
– Coordinate and track change-related actions, dependencies, issues, and deliverables to support timely execution.
– Support pilot and phased rollout activities, including stakeholder preparation and adoption support.
– Work within established project direction and priorities to deliver required change outputs in a timely and practical manner.
This role is best suited for a resource who is comfortable getting work done, not just advising on what should be done. The successful candidate must be able to proactively produce change artifacts, facilitate engagements, and support execution activities needed to move the initiative forward.
