CCES is looking for an experienced Combo Vac/Cut and Cap Operator to join our growing team.
We are not looking for someone who only wants to sit behind the wheel. A Class 1 or 3 licence is important, but it is only one part of the job. We need someone who is willing to be part of the crew, help wherever needed, work safely, stay flexible, and bring a strong team-first attitude every day.

Job Overview
As a Combo Vac & Cut and Cap Operator, you will be responsible for supporting both field and shop operations, including:
- Operating combo vac, vacuum, pressure, hydro-vac equipment and other
- Loading and unloading fluids and solids using vacuum and pressure equipment
- Performing high-pressure cleaning, steaming, and pressure washing
- Assisting with hydro excavation work
- Supporting Cut and Cap operations in the field
- Helping with equipment setup, teardown, cleaning, maintenance, and general labour
- Working in physically demanding outdoor environments in all weather conditions
- Following all company safety procedures, site requirements, and PPE standards
- Working as part of a crew and helping wherever needed to get the job done
RequirementsMust Have:
- Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s Licence with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 3 years of oil and gas experience operating equipment, such as vacuum, combo vac, or hydro-vac units
- Proven experience working in oilfield, industrial, or field service environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work physically for extended periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in both field and shop environments
- Flexibility with scheduling, travel, and out-of-town work

Employment Details
- Wage dependent on experience
- Overtime paid after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week
- Accommodations provided when working out of town
- 3-month probationary period applies

- Has a proven record of long-term employment in oilfield services
- Has hands-on experience operating equipment such as combo vac, vacuum truck, hydro-vac, or fluid hauling etc.
- Is mechanically inclined and willing to learn
- Does not need to be micromanaged
- Shows up ready to work and contribute
- Understands that every role on the crew matters
- Can handle long days, changing schedules, and physically demanding work
- Works well with others and brings a positive, team-focused attitude
This is not a 9-to-5 position. Work sites may be located across Alberta and beyond, and applicants must be flexible with scheduling, travel, and field conditions.

Applicants who only list a Class 1 or Class 3 licence without relevant hands-on experience may not be considered.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
