Our Front Desk & Facility Coordinator (Level 2) is a key member of our leadership team. You will oversee front desk operations, member experience, administrative systems, and facility coordination to ensure EDC runs smoothly and professionally every day.
You are a problem solver, a people person, and a systems thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for our dancers and families.
This is much more than a traditional reception role.
Responsibilities
MEMBER & FAMILY EXPERIENCE
- Lead the front desk experience with warmth, professionalism, and excellence.
- Oversee phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Lead studio tours, registration, and enrollment.
- Support billing, accounts, and payment processing.
- Handle escalated questions and concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with dancers and families.
ADMINISTRATION & SYSTEMS
- Oversee student and account records for accuracy.
- Manage registration periods, class changes, and enrollment follow-up.
- Supervise data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and improve systems, processes, and procedures.
- Create and manage forms, lists, reports, and documents.
- Support payroll inputs and HR administrative tasks.
FACILITY COORDINATION
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the studio.
- Manage front office, storage, and common areas.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Oversee facility maintenance and repair follow-up.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, office coordination, or a similar role is required.
You bring:
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology and software systems.
- Experience managing systems and processes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with Jackrabbit, Enrollio, Google Workspace, Slack, or BAND is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
