The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Window Film and Vinyl Graphics Installers to join our contractor network on a per-project basis. You'll take on residential and commercial window film jobs as well as vinyl graphics and signage installations across the GTA. Work volume is consistent, and top performers get first pick of available projects.
You'll be paid per square foot / linear foot — the faster and cleaner you work, the more you earn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing window film on residential properties (homes, condos, apartments)
- Installing window film on commercial properties (offices, storefronts, retail)
- Applying vinyl graphics, signage, and decorative films
- Surface prep, precise film cutting, and bubble-free application
- Maintaining quality standards and representing the Proferred brand on every job site
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 1–2 years of hands-on window film and/or vinyl graphics installation experience required
- Familiarity with both wet and dry application methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Own reliable vehicle — you'll travel to job sites across the GTA
- Own professional installation tools (squeegees, heat gun, precision knife/plotter, etc.)
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and clean finishing work
- Punctual, professional, and client-ready presentation on job sites
