Swoop Lift is expanding! We're looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist to be a key part of our growing team. This is a hybrid sales and client success role — you'll be responsible for driving new business and keeping our existing clients happy and retained.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for our closers
- Manage the onboarding experience for new clients joining Swoop Lift
Retention Responsibilities:
- Hit churn KPIs — this is the core metric you'll be held to and directly rewarded for
- Conduct regular performance reviews with active clientsBe the first point of contact when a client has concerns, and resolve them before they become bigger issues
- Keep a pulse on client satisfaction across your entire book of business
Who You Are:
- A natural people person who genuinely enjoys building relationships- Comfortable spending the majority of your day on Zoom and on the phone — this is a high-communication role and that won't change
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients without things slipping
- Motivated by performance-based pay and want your results to directly impact your earnings
Compensation: Base pay + commission. You'll earn sales commission on calls that close, plus a retention bonus tied directly to your churn KPIs — the better you keep clients, the more you make.
