- Our ideal client care representative is experienced, builds positive client relationships by displaying genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets and providing outstanding customer service. This involves greeting and checking in clients in a friendly and warm manner; receiving incoming calls and emails from current and prospective clients utilizing a courteous and caring approach.
- This person will screen phone calls, schedule appointments, follow up with clients and provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times, assist with restocking inventory as well as other administrative tasks.
- Must be able to multi task and communicate effectively.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or client care role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office; familiarity with database management systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining independence in responsibilities
