Job Description:
Well-capitalized startup seeks extremely talented Performance Marketer to scale USA Tile Ecommerce revenue through paid acquisition, ROAS optimization, CAC control, retargeting, landing page testing, and customer acquisition experimentation.
You must have experience managing paid ads across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, shopping/search campaigns, paid social, and conversion-focused landing pages. You must be data-driven, fast-moving, and capable of turning ad spend into profitable revenue.
Top-notch analytical thinking, creative testing, campaign optimization, and growth experimentation skills are essential. Experience in scaling ads, ecommerce, data-driven marketing, marketing optimization, or design-related products is strongly preferred.

Must be comfortable owning aggressive revenue and ROAS targets.
Compensation will include above average base salary, performance bonuses, and future equity sharing options.
Mission for Performance Marketer:
Prove and scale paid marketing to 4x ROAS by End of Month 6 by identifying the highest-performing audiences, messages, channels, campaigns, and customer acquisition loops for the company’s Tile Ecommerce growth engine.
What You’ll Do
- Manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, retargeting, and other high-potential channels.
- Improve ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and paid revenue.
- Test audiences, offers, messages, creatives, and landing pages.
- Identify the top-performing customer segments and channels.
- Increase sample orders, trial behavior, and purchase conversion.
- Work with Product Manager, Data Analyst, and Software Engineer to improve website conversion.
- Scale referral, organic social, review, and user-generated content campaigns.
What You Need to Bring:
- Proven experience managing ecommerce ad budgets and improving ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, tracking, and attribution.
- Ability to test creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers quickly.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, CPC, CTR, and revenue impact.
- Data-driven decision-making and comfort with aggressive performance targets.
- Bias for action, ownership, and fast experimentation.
- 3-5 years of performance marketing experience.
- Managed $50k+/month in ad spend.
