RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain a solid enterprise customer database through proactive prospecting and qualified leads provided by the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise (B2B) customers through regular communication and proactive follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary coordinator between customers and internal departments, including Operations, IT, Finance, and Warehouse teams, to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage customer projects, operational issues, and continuous process improvements.
- Monitor customer activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular operational reports and forecasts to company leadership.
- Assist in developing and optimizing customer service processes, account management strategies, and internal workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Account Management, Customer Success, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage enterprise (B2B) customer relationships professionally.
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple departments to drive projects and resolve operational issues.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data analysis, and reporting. (Excel assessment will be part of the interview process.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on tasks independently.
- High level of responsibility, ownership, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations is considered a strong asset.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the organization.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
