Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, Sales and Admin candidate to join our team at Mountain House Furniture in Calgary, AB. This person will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients, showcasing our furniture collections, offering product insights, processing sales, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture solutions to meet their needs.
- Showcase and explain product features, materials, and designs.
- Prepare proposals, quotes and invoices for customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Stay informed about new collections, materials, and industry trends.
- Assist with various admin tasks in the showroom and for the management team, such as advertising, travel arrangements, marketing, and client communications.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, designs, and trends is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission
