Goliath Energy, a well services and snubbing company in the oil and gas industry, is looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and takes pride in representing a company with professionalism and precision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in various office software.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
- Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and field personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Support the operations and office team with day-to-day tasks
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Previous reception or front desk experience required
- Experience in oil & gas or energy industry a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable
- Own transportation required
