Here's what the role entails:
Canvassing: Participate in canvassing sessions, engaging with potential clients to educate and inform them about our services.
Door Knocking: Work outdoors to develop a strategic approach to door knocking, considering optimal times, days, and specific neighborhoods.
Sales Development: Expected to develop a persuasive sales pitch, as well as handle objections with potential clients. Sales and marketing training is provided.
Future Development Opportunities:
Marketing Manager: Gain a deeper understanding of the canvassing position to train and manage other marketers.
Sales Representative: Develop your marketing skills further by transitioning from a canvasser to a caller and a sales rep to provide clients with quotes.
Social Media Management: Maintain company social media accounts.
Job Requirements:
No selling is required on your part. Job would be gathering leads from clients for free estimate
8-50 hours a week (Flexible schedule)
$20/HR Starting. Goes up to $25/HR after 5 closes. Bonus of $250 after first 3 closes.
Must have proficient communication skills.
Must be outgoing, energetic, and motivated.
Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
Must be willing to work outdoors.
Vehicle could be provided for the right candidate
