TOTAL Transportation Solutions Inc. is building a bigger sales team and is seeking to add detail oriented, assertive, self motivated office staff to support our customer's needs.
We provide transportation solutions to very elite corporate customers in the High Value Products and Fine Arts sectors. As a valued member of our team, you will directly support the sales and operations teams.
Key Job Duties:
- Lead the Customer Service staff to meet daily work load requirements.
- Handle customer emails and calls with authority and professionalism.
- Schedule & coordinate shipment bookings with clients.
- Accurately enter & process order data and maintain master company lists.
- Timely follow-up with operations and customers on all shipments in transit.
- Handle other administrative tasks to support the sales and operations team.
Qualifications:
- Past leadership experience.
- Able to take charge, make decisions and positively manage change as and when needed.
- Strong office administrative and organizational background.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail is an ABSOLUTE MUST in this position.
Must have own vehicle to get to and from work on time.
Must have clean criminal record.
Must have a background in transportation industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
