Job Duties
- As a Freedom Provider, you are a passionate brand ambassador responsible for guiding clients through their treatment journey. You will create and maintain detailed client charts and records with accuracy and professionalism.
- Execute treatment protocols safely and effectively while ensuring a positive and comfortable client experience.
- Teach and reinforce breathing techniques, education, and treatment-related guidance for clients.
- Respect and protect the rights of clients, including privacy, dignity, independence, autonomy, and cultural or personal beliefs.
- Handle client comments, questions, and concerns in a professional and thoughtful manner.
- Use effective interpersonal skills to communicate sensitive or complex information appropriately.
- Maintain treatment and work areas in a clean, organized, and professional manner at all times.
- Monitor client progress and ensure records, charts, and reports remain accurate and up to date.
- Provide a consistently high standard of care, professionalism, and support for clients.
- Participate in training as a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) and perform related responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- PTA or RPN designation an asset. Applicants with a kinesiology or health and wellness background may also be considered.
- Maintains a polished and professional presence at all times.
- Minimum three years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or a related client-focused environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and clinic software systems.
- Ability to maintain positive and professional boundaries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid First Aid and/or CPR certification.
Work Conditions
- Work in an uplifting wellness environment focused on helping clients gain confidence, freedom, and improved quality of life.
- Current clinic operations are Monday to Friday daytime hours.
- Occasional participation in marketing or community events may be required.
- Frequent interaction with clients, employees, management, and clinic ownership.
