Location: London- Multiple properties within assigned portfolio
Schedule: 40 hour work week. This role requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends to accommodate peak renter demand, but you will receive guaranteed days off in lieu to maintain your work-life balance.
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to all phone, email, and text inquiries to schedule immediate showings.
- Travel between various portfolio locations to meet prospective residents and show actual available suites (no model suites), highlighting features and answering questions to foster excitement and confidence in prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to post and refresh rental advertisements on Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, and other designated platforms.
- Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate move-in dates and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
- Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities, applications, and correspondence using our CRM to ensure transparency and accountability
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- A proven track record in a sales or customer service role. You genuinely enjoys the thrill of sales and are motivated by a performance based commission structure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport, handle objections and guide people through the leasing process
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel between multiple sites (monthly gas card provided)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a complex daily schedule of appointments
- Tech Savvy - Comfortable using mobile apps for digital lease signing
- Flexibility - Must be available for evening and weekend showings, as these are peak times for prospective renters.
Licensing Note: Please note that this is strictly an unlicensed position. While real estate knowledge is welcome, candidates with an active real estate license cannot use their license, act as a licensed agent, or represent clients in a licensed capacity while in this role.
