Floor Production Assistant
Position Requirements:
- Reliable, with a good work ethic and ability to work with little to no supervision once trained.
- Maintain machinery in good working order, detail-oriented
- Maintain an organized, clean and professional production floor appearance
- Quality control is very important
- Detail oriented and excellent with repetitive tasks
Position Tasks:
- Assist our Screen Printer with cleaning screens, setting up jobs, organizing and packing orders
- Assist our Embroidery Machine Operator with setting up machines, eventually being able to run the embroidery machines independantly
- Using industrial heat presses to apply direct-to-film transfers onto garments
- Maintain a clean work environment on the production floor
Job averages 20 hours a week, fluctuating with the amount of work needed each week.

- Ability to physically keep up with machine operation is a must
Job Type: Part-time
