Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will safely deliver ready-mix concrete to residential, commercial, and industrial job sites while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck.
- Deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and perform daily washout procedures.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery schedules.
- Complete delivery tickets and required paperwork.
- Assist customers on-site with safe and efficient concrete placement.
- Follow all company safety policies and BC traffic regulations.
Requirements
- Valid BC Class 1 (preference) or Class 3 driver's licence.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Previous ready-mix concrete experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland road network.
- Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and Saturdays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of climbing ladders and working outdoors in all weather.
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
