We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Specialist who is starting their career in the trades or has recently graduated from a technical or trades program. In this role, you will help maintain and troubleshoot mining technology equipment used in mineral analysis operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in an industrial environment while learning from experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

Troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely

Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access

Support equipment installations and commissioning

Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance

Maintain service records, spare parts, and inventory

Work closely with internal teams and international partners

Promote and follow workplace health and safety practices
Qualifications

Experience in maintaining electro-mechanical or technical equipment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems

Customer service or field service experience is an asset

Comfortable working in industrial or mining environments

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong English and French communication skills

College diploma in Mechatronics or related technical field

2 years of related experience preferred

Valid driver’s licence and legal authorization to work in Canada

Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as needed
