Administrator / Office Assistant
CT Power, a forward thinking energy company in the Oil and Gas Sector, is seeking an Office Assistant to join the Project Team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the team.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with inventory management and procurement
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self starter, inquisitive, with willingness to learn, be coached and grow into the position
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service, oil and gas operations, or manufacturing shop/construction office is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
- Open, based on skillsets developed both from work experience and relevant education.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
