We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience—both in person and over the phone. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy supporting customers and team members, we’d love to meet you.
Typical workday:

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and zoom lounge

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic inquiries

Data entry and deal folder preparation

Various administrative assignments as required

Qualifications:

Legally entitled to work in Canada

Previous experience in a reception/administrative role would be an asset

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Proficiency with computers, basic office software, and phone systems

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer service orientation

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a reception/administrative role would be an asset

Available to work a variety of daytime/evening/weekend shifts
