Program Coordinator | Toradex Solutions Inc.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support project planning, material readiness, fulfillment, and execution across customer programs. This role plays an important part in helping prototype and MVP builds progress smoothly through to successful customer delivery.
Reporting to the Operations & Manufacturing Manager, this role is well suited to a candidate with experience in project coordination, manufacturing operations, order fulfillment, or program support who is looking to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to follow-up, along with an eagerness to learn modern agentic tools and digital visualization tools that support reporting, visibility, and decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with Production, SMT & Assembly, Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and leadership teams locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Planning & Execution Coordination
· Support program plans, schedules, milestones, and execution activities for prototype, MVP, and customer delivery initiatives.
· Track timelines, action items, dependencies, and risks to help maintain alignment across cross-functional teams.
· Coordinate routine status reviews, reporting, and follow-up activities to maintain visibility across active programs and priorities.
· Maintain accurate project records in ERP, Excel, or internal systems, including schedules, open actions, and status updates.
· Identify potential delays, resource gaps, or execution risks and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
· Support the use of standardized coordination practices and tools to promote consistent program execution.
2. Supply Chain Coordination & Material Planning
· Support material planning and supply readiness activities for prototype, MVP, and customer delivery timelines.
· Coordinate with supply chain, production, and engineering teams to track component availability, shortages, lead times, and material-related risks.
· Assist in providing backup support for procurement activities, including purchasing priorities and material requirements aligned with build plans and project schedules.
· Monitor inbound supply status and coordinate follow-up on material issues that could affect build readiness.
· Maintain visibility of material readiness and communicate supply constraints, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
3. Customer Order Fulfillment Support
· Prepare fulfillment trackers, order status updates, build readiness reports, and customer delivery updates to support internal planning and customer commitments.
· Monitor customer order progress, production timing, and outstanding actions to support reliable on-time delivery.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align customer orders, production priorities, shipping requirements, and delivery expectations.
· Support sales order coordination, change management, and internal communication to maintain accuracy throughout execution.
· Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities that may affect prototype, MVP, and customer delivery timelines.
· Ensure accurate and timely documentation for builds, shipments, and customer requirements.
· Coordinate follow-up on order, shipment, or execution-related issues to support timely resolution.
· Contribute to process improvements in fulfillment tracking, communication, and execution support.
Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, project planning, operations, manufacturing, electronics assembly, order fulfillment, or a related field.
· Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to manage routine coordination activities, support on-time execution, and contribute to customer satisfaction across multiple projects or programs.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities and customer requirements.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of project coordination, fulfillment processes, electronics assembly, and operations within a manufacturing environment.
· Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and operational reporting tools.
· Solid planning, organization, and follow-up skills; familiarity with project management methodologies is an asset.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
· Strong coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage follow-up independently across cross-functional teams.
· Curiosity and willingness to learn modern agentic tools and digital visualization tools that enhance coordination, reporting, and operational visibility.
