Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You’ll serve as the face of the brand, helping customers, showcasing products, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.
LOCATION- BRANTFORD
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with product selection
- Perform product demonstrations
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
- Stay informed on promotions and sales
- Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, including over the phone
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked sales floor
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals
Qualifications:
- Preferred but not required:
- 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or phone etiquette
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
