Reporting to the Customer Service Manager-Industrial and Municipal, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering proactive, customer-focused support while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of replacement and spare parts orders, supporting quoting activities, coordinating urgent field service needs, and resolving customer inquiries. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This position is part of the NA Service and Customer Care team located in London, Ontario and will be on-site.
In this role, a typical day will look like:

Accurately process replacement, warranty, and spare parts orders in ERP systems while ensuring complete and compliant order entry

Monitor and drive on-time delivery by proactively tracking orders and partnering with planning and logistics to resolve delays

Support Sales and Account Managers with quoting and order validation, ensuring alignment on pricing and delivery expectations

Coordinate urgent and expedited orders to support critical field service site needs

Deliver high-quality customer support by managing inquiries related to order status, tracking, and documentation

Resolve order and shipment issues through cross-functional collaboration while maintaining strong order quality
The essential requirements of the job include:

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field
-
3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or similar operations role
-
Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems (e.g., INFOR LN, SAP, Salesforce)

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
-
Ability to manage high-volume work across multiple systems with strong attention to detail
