We're looking for a Coordinator, Project Management who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects by coordinating stakeholders, preparing project documentation, conducting research and assessments, supporting procurement activities, and helping manage project risks. You'll work closely with Client-Partners, consultants, and internal teams to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet quality expectations.

The Coordinator, Project Management, provides project management services to support routine infrastructure and environmental projects. The incumbent may also undertake research and conduct studies and assessments.
KEY AND PERIODIC ACTIVITIES
The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not all-inclusive:
Primary

Research, prepare and present documentation related to project initiation, development, definition and implementation, policies and procedures

Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision making

Participate in procurement planning

Generate infrastructure statements of operational requirements, prepare business cases and conduct investigations, as required

Coordinate activities of consultants
-
Act as the representative of the project director or project manager, as required and within DCC delegated signing authority

Assist with technical studies and preparing reports
-
Develop and maintain effective relationships within DCC, and with industry, the Client-Partners and/or stakeholders

Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectations

SKILLS
General and Specific Knowledge

Formal Education and/or Certification(s) and Experience

Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with approximately two years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent

Preferred: university degree in one of the above fields and/or additional training or experience in project management
