Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and comprehensive knowledge of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive shopping environment.
Duties.
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead and support store staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle inventory, merchandising, and POS operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Assist with scheduling and team coordination.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Experience with clothing/fashion retail is an asset
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
