FLINT is growing its Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment (DDA) services within our Environmental Services division and is seeking a Service Line Manager to lead and expand this practice.
This role is suited for a proven operational and technical leader with strong business acumen and deep experience in asset retirement, abandonment, and site transition programs. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring disciplined execution, strengthening client relationships, and delivering safe, compliant, and cost‑effective DDA projects across Western Canada and into Ontario.
What would you be doing?

Lead and grow the Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment service line, ensuring strong operational performance, financial sustainability, and high‑quality project delivery.

Steward execution of complex DDA programs including well and facility abandonment coordination, demolition, site transitions, and integration with assessment, remediation and reclamation activities.

Support identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including developing proposals, leading RFP responses, and supporting cross‑functional growth strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and relevant stakeholders, representing FLINT as a trusted partner in asset retirement.

Support cross‑service collaboration with our two other technical service lines, Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Closure (ARRC) and Water Resources and compliance (WRC) to deliver integrated environmental solutions.

Mentor, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
