In this Customer Service Representative role, you'll be the bridge between our client's world-class products and the customers who depend on them. You'll manage inquiries from first contact to resolution, build lasting relationships, and work collaboratively across the company to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries — by phone, email, and other channels — delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly responses
- Follow orders from quote through to fulfillment, keeping customers informed every step of the way
- Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions, product information, and alternatives
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with customer accounts through open, consistent communication
- Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, resolving issues within agreed timeframes and following up to confirm satisfaction
- Generate and qualify sales leads, contributing to the team’s revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to improve processes and share insights
- Keep Senior Management informed of key issues and escalations in a timely manner
