Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, connect with our audience, and promote our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience managing various social media platforms. Prior experience with office management tools and familiarity with healthcare-related terminology is a plus. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond promptly to comments and messages.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and increase audience engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in managing online reputation by addressing reviews and feedback professionally.
- Support other digital marketing initiatives as needed, including email campaigns and website updates.
Experience
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Epic or similar platforms is preferred.
- Experience working in medical or dental office settings is a plus, especially with knowledge of medical terminology, Dentrix, electronic medical records (EMRs), or front desk operations.
- Strong understanding of office environments including administrative tasks, multi-line phone systems, and general office experience.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or working within medical/dental offices is advantageous but not required. Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
