Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Helper to support our construction sites. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical background, electrical knowledge, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. Must be able to lift heavy items. . Duties
- Assist with core drilling and sawing operation, including equipment setup and clean up.
- Support operator activities such as repairs, cleaning, and inspections
- Operate machinery when required upon training.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in safety meetings
Requirements
- must be physically able to lift heavy equipment and concrete materials.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair equipment when needed.
- Electrical experience, including wiring, troubleshooting, or repair work is a bonus.
- Welding skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination
- Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external clients as needed
