Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Quickly be able to reset stations, prep for the upcoming rushes and keep areas up to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving, cashiering, and food preparation.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and POS transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Good time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is a plus but not required.
