We are seeking a warm, skilled, and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit clinical team. If you take pride in building long-lasting patient relationships, value clinical autonomy, and enjoy a collaborative team culture, you will feel right at home with us!
The Role
As our Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional preventative care and education to our practice's valued patients. Working alongside our supportive team, you will have the independence to manage your hygiene room while working collaboratively to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral hygiene therapy, including scaling, root planing, and preventative care.
- Conduct thorough periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and take digital radiographs.
- Educate patients on preventative care and personalized oral hygiene routines with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain accurate, detailed chart notes and treatment plans (experience with Maxident software is an asset but not required).
- Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols in line with BC guidelines.
What You Bring
- Qualifications: Active registration and good standing as a Registered Dental Hygienist with the College of Dental Hygienists of British Columbia (CDHBC).
- Clinical Skills: Confident in periodontal assessment, treatment planning, and delivering comfortable, top-tier patient care.
- Core Traits: Independent, organized, kind, and outgoing with strong communication skills.

What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour, based on experience.
