Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Construction Safety Coordinator (IMP Specialist) to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance on construction sites. This role involves collaborating with construction teams to promote a safe working environment, conducting safety inspections, and implementing safety management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with construction management software. Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures specific to construction projects
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site to identify potential hazards
- Coordinate safety training sessions for construction personnel to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards
- Investigate and report on safety incidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into daily operations
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation using construction management software
- Assist in the development of emergency response plans and ensure their effective implementation
- Keep abreast of industry safety regulations and best practices, updating procedures as necessary
Skills
- Proven experience in construction safety management or related field
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
- Proficiency with construction management software for tracking safety data and documentation

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
