Business Analyst
Job Type: Full-time Contract (12 Months + Possible 6-Month Extension)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise to support governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and implement ServiceNow-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and use cases.
- Analyze current governance, compliance, and certification processes and recommend improvements.
- Define KPIs, scorecards, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Document business rules, workflows, approvals, notifications, and escalation processes.
- Support ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including scorecards and attestation processes.
- Work with developers and ServiceNow administrators to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and data validation.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and support testing activities.
- Create dashboards and reports using ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics.
- Monitor compliance trends, certification completion, and remediation activities.
- Prepare business documentation, training materials, and process guides.
- Ensure solutions meet audit, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM projects.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Good understanding of governance, compliance, audit, risk management, certification, and attestation processes.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and requirements traceability.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, and compliance reporting.
