Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring a professional, reliable Charter Driver for a busy school bus operation. This is not a beginner role—we need someone who understands responsibility, shows up on time, and takes ownership of their work.
If you need constant direction or chase hours inconsistently, this is not the position for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating a school bus for charters, events, and trips
- Staying on-site during charters as required
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections properly
- Ensuring passenger safety at all times
- Representing the company professionally with clients and the public
- Following all MTO regulations and company policies
- Minimum of 4 hours a day
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid B License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract (must be provided)
- Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
- Proven safe driving record
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable transportation to and from yard
