Overview
We are seeking friendly and dedicated Support Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food service, customer interaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Support Staff will play a vital role in ensuring guests have a memorable experience by assisting with food preparation, guest services, and maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment. Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required. This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly to ensure timely service
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Serve food and beverages accurately while maintaining professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment
- Handle food safely following established food safety protocols
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized and presentable
- Support bartenders or baristas as needed, including drink preparation and guest interaction
- Assist with basic cooking tasks and food handling as directed by supervisors
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail in cleaning, food presentation, and guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
- A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and reliability are essential qualities for success in this role
