Overview
We are seeking skilled Welder/Fabricators to join our team and contribute to a variety of industrial manufacturing and construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse materials, tools, and techniques, ensuring high-quality fabrication and welding work that meets industry standards. Candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) processes on various metal components and structures
- Fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment efficiently and safely
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately for precise fabrication work
- Use calipers, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Assist with rigging, assembly, and installation of fabricated components on-site or in the workshop
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG) with a strong understanding of welding symbols and blueprint reading
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance, assembly, or manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with rigging techniques, crane operation, machining, ductwork fabrication, and construction environments is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics, and basic math skills for precise fabrication tasks
- Experience working with plasma cutting equipment and press brake machines for sheet metal forming
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to welding, fabrication, forklift operation, and general construction sites
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings involving assembly or mechanical work is highly desirable

Pay: $20.42-$39.49 per hour
